Violet Design Product Warranty
Violet Design microphones and accessories are warranted by FDW-Worldwide to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from date of original purchase.
After examination within the warranty period, Violet Design microphones and accessories will be repaired without charge or replaced at the discretion of FDW-Worldwide. Warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the products in accordance with the provided instructions.
To claim warranty, microphones and accessories must be delivered in their entirety to FDW-Worldwide prepaid. All returns must have prior authorization before shipping. Please contact FDW-Worldwide at 608-227-2040 ext. 5 for a Return Authorization Number (RA). A sales slip or other proof of purchase must be included.

FDW-WORLDWIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INTERRUPTED OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have other rights as determined by your state's legislature.
